News You Can Trust!

edited March 8 in Off-Topic
In today's fragmented media environment, it can be hard to know which news sources you can trust.

  • Social-media is full of fake/false news. Some is just disinformation - with the intent to deceive until corrected. Anyone with a PC and some familiarity with multimedia content can post whatever.

But some important breaking news also hits social-media first. What I do is (i) look at comments to see if those support or refute the news, (ii) find another source for the news item for confirmation. Sadly, lot of social-media news fails one or both of these tests.
  • My adage is that if it sounds crazy, it probably is. The best defense is being well-informed enough to smell the BS from 20'.

Mike Lindell is without a doubt a credible source, he and Rudy Giuliani. Ignore the flop sweat, it's merely a glandular condition.
