Apple has as much money as some small countries, but at some point there has to be a move beyond mild, incremental updates to the phone and expensive accessories. Whether or not they will move towards the car is yet to be seen and I'm not sure what the $70 Apple TV does that the $29.99 Chromecast doesn't. Healthcare could be big, but we've heard a lot and seen not much. Pay is great but won't move the needle.
