As usual, he will use the same tactics of running out the clock if he runs in 2024. If the claimant has physical evidence, Trump’s DNA on her clothing, a criminal case would be file and he cannot escape. Having to testify is humiliating at least.
I stated “if” in my statement. Otherwise, the burden of proof falls on the claimant. Don’t know much about the allegation other than what is in the news. Think the rape case is closed since it was in the 90’s, unless she has physical evidence.
