Clearly there will be a boundless need for internal redevelopment once Putin is out of the way, but I'm not quite sure how I feel about this. But I suppose the best way to initiate a massive rebuilding effort is to provide a way for outsiders to make a boatload of money in the process.
agreed. ambivalent. but is it not inevitable? Though the USA possesses not the stature it once did, all roads lead to The Almighty Dollar. Bow down, pathetic humans, to your god. (Or euro or pound or what have you.)
