Adani mammoth investment in data centers plan. And INDICTMENT of Adani "and friends" in '24.
You think the Orange regime will follow through??? LOL. Not much corruption in INDIA, either, eh? LOL. "India’s Ministry of Law and Justice twice refused last year to deliver the summons to Gautam Adani and Sagar Adani under the Hague Convention, the SEC told the court."
I don't have first hand knowledge of Adani affairs. But from the media, I gather:
1. Hindenburg Research, the short-selling-firm behind Adani reports is now defunct.
2. Indian courts have reviewed the Adani matter and didn't find irregularities.
3. Indian securities regulator SEBI also looks at the matter and also cleared Adani.
So, SEC isn't getting cooperation from Indian law enforcement or securities regulator SEBI because the matter isn't within SEC jurisdiction exclusively.
Maybe no one wants to deal with the US's current "law" enforcement. Or, maybe, just a little pay-back for US disrespect of other nations.
You have a point there. Timing is everything, like in comedy. Yet I have indeed run into legitimate news reports about the Modi regime's corruption. Can't give particulars right now.
