But this NBC story clearly indicates that she has a current student visa & is a senior close to graduation. DHS had her 2016 case info that may have been stale - they picked her up from Columbia U dorm early in morning after entering the dorm on a suspicious pretext. Apparently, she is a TokTok celebrity & has a team of lawyers.
