schwab issues

Anybody else having trouble logging into Schwab this morning? It will not send me text for confirmation
The App is frozen

  • @sma3 If you still can't get through, give them a call.
  • Once I had Schwab app (Android) issues and I called Schwab. It recommended updating the app via Google Play and then everything worked fine. It seems that apps don't auto-update. I had similar issue with a bank app recently.

    Google Play will show if there is a app update available.
  • I got it to work. the Problem was my phone which is new and for some reason just quits, unless you toggle airplane mode on and off

    isn't modern technology all kinds of wonderful, eh? And you have to find that out by trial and error?

    sma3, from experience, if many clients call about the same problem, you know it's an IT issue. If it's one person...
    The most common help question is "I did nothing and suddenly it doesn't work". In most cases, the client always did something new.:-)
