White House calls for a 'comprehensive review' of eight Smithsonian museums

Well, now NPR is reporting that "The Trump Administration sent a letter to The Smithsonian Institution on Tuesday requesting a "comprehensive internal review" of eight of its museums with the aim of bringing the organization in line with President Trump's cultural directives."

So now Trump tells us what we will watch at the Kennedy Center, and curates what we will be allowed to see at the Smithsonian. And @FD1000 thinks that all of this is just fine as long as he makes his 30 pieces of silver.

    Dump is micro-managing parts of society, creeping into daily public life.... trying to imitate his dictator role models. It's disgusting to watch.

    The only way he ever receives a Nobel Peace prize is if he buys one.
