You can’t understand how crazy this is unless you have seen a Panga up close and personal. In the seventies and eighties we sailed our boat to the sea of Cortez. Going down the coast of Baja we were perhaps 10 miles offshore. Mexican fishermen in Pangas approached our boat and asked “ tiene mota? “. That might have meant they assumed we had some weed or they were offering us some , we never knew. .,,, we politely said “ no gracias” and they went on their way. But the point is a couple of dudes in a panga pose no threat to the most powerful country in the world and couldn’t travel that far in any case. to send a CV BG to fuck with some skiffs is insane.
