Dem list looks good, What’s missing? Feel free to ask for them.

An independent inspector regularly present in ICE detention facilities
Protections against deporting U.S. citizens (not just detaining them)
Restrictions on detaining citizens should apply to lawful permanent residents too
A ban on ICE agents detaining and/or deporting children and minors
A ban on ICE’s arrest quotas

A restriction on DHS transferring funds within the agency (so they can’t pull from FEMA or the Coast Guard or Border Patrol to fund ICE)

A removal of Border Patrol officers from cities; they should stay at the border
Firing Stephen Miller, the mastermind behind ICE’s actions

Zeroing out additional funds for ICE ($10 billion) and the clawback of its money from last year’s budget bill ($75 billion)**
Abolishing ICE and transferring its needed enforcement roles to other agencies**

**This is not possible until Democrats win back Congress (and perhaps the presidency)

    Thanks @a2z! This is a great action list. Personally I'd like to see both DHS & BP departments blown to smithereens. Neither has made my home or homeland more secure. Quite the opposite.
