Fiduciary Rule Killed

2024 Fiduciary Rule was contested by Americans for Consumer Choice & others & they sued DOL. A TX judge has approved withdrawal of the lawsuit by mutual agreement of both parties. DOL said that it will come up with ANOTHER Fiduciary Rule by May 2026 - probably very diluted one.
