An Income Solution: (PMAIX)

FYI: The team at the Amundi Pioneer Multi-Asset Income fund looks for income opportunities in some unexpected places. Many small moves can lead to big gains.

    Hello,

@Ted, thanks for posting. I'd probally missed the article if you had not found and posted it.

Interesting artile on PMAIX and one of Old_Skeet's holdings which I hold in my global hybrid sleeve (found in the growth & income area of my portfolio) along with CAIBX and TIBAX.

  • PMAIX 4.5% load. Nope.

The fund looks quite interesting and could find its way into my portfolio at some point.

There are no-load shares available thru some brokerages - seems I can get the lower-cost K shares at TDA for just the transaction fee.
  • Very interesting manager comments. This is NTF at Schwab.

The tax efficiency points to an IRA as a suitable resting spot, perhaps best paired with VWINX when I get to the point of needed simplification. These plus a companion of TAIFX in a taxable account might be really attractive options.

  • PMAIX is available NTF through Fidelity.
