When the next "deflection" comes, my suggestion is that the last post and some other previous posts simply be re-posted. No point in ever responding to anyone who ignores anything that they can't deal with. Relevant posts need to be hammered home, not just disappear behind a wall of diversions and talking points.
When someone gets elected on promises of affordability, then absolves responsibility for that promise, while making it worse, they need to be held responsible.
And who didn't see this coming? Massive import taxation? The only way that would make sense is if the populace was prepared to PAY THE PRICE. And re-home manufacturing, expecting huge price increases.
