Here's a statement of the obvious: The opinions expressed here are those of the participants, not those of the Mutual Fund Observer. We cannot vouch for the accuracy or appropriateness of any of it, though we do encourage civility and good humor.
"Why haven’t the American Bar Association or the American Medical Association, stood up against the unethical behavior of professionals in the Trump regime? I was always told that professional associations existed to maintain professional standards, not merely restrict the number of licensed professionals to maintain professional prices."
"On November 17, 2025, a federal magistrate judge identified multiple instances of Halligan’s misconduct, including making 'fundamental misstatements of the law' to a grand jury. Halligan admitted she never showed the final indictment to the entire grand jury after it had rejected her first submission, a remarkable failure."
"According to the American Bar Association’s model rules of conduct (adopted by every state bar association), a prosecutor in a criminal case must 'refrain from prosecuting a charge that the prosecutor knows is not supported by probable cause.' It is also considered professional misconduct for a lawyer to 'engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.'"
"Prasad, the Food and Drug Administration’s top vaccine regulator, recently claimed that Covid vaccines were dangerous for children and had caused the deaths of 'at least 10 children.'
"Twelve former FDA commissioners said Prasad’s claim broke sharply from long-standing scientific norms and posed 'a threat to evidence-based vaccine policy and public health security.'" Inside Medicine reported that Prasad used incomplete information and that the pediatric death toll from Covid shots was between zero and seven."
"More to the point, how many children would have died without the Covid vaccine? The Centers for Disease Control reported that more than 2,100 American children died of Covid since the pandemic began."
Not a good week or time here either. "Sen. Alex Padilla (D-Cal.), in June, was manhandled, thrown to the ground, and hustled out of the room when he simply tried to question Homeland Security Department Secretary Kristi Noem about federal immigration forces’ acts of brutality. He then delivered with immense dignity this speech on the Senate floor:"
@FD1000, trump fires the statisticians, then shuts down the government, and suddenly the number looks good coming out of the government. That’s not leadership, that’s fraud with a press release.
Plus, diminish any source that he doesn't 'approve of'. Literally, only seeking opinions he embraces. Close-mindedness. Then grasp all the things maga is known for 9deflection, distraction, diversion, whataboutism) and play, "I'm rubber, you're glue". Transparent.
Literally, the mark of fascism and propaganda.
All "send" and no "receive". Practically, comical.
I guess it needs to be said - again, for the slooow wildebeest. I’ll say it like Trump, in ALL CAPS. Maybe that resonates? POTUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL GOOD THINGS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN IN THIS ECONOMY!!!!!

Can you IMAGINE, what would happen if this were done by Democrats to a maga politician? Without question, acts of violence in retribution. Screaming, threatening, press checking of firearms, a firebomb or two.
Maybe someday, a hillbilly sheriff down South, will mistake Farken for an illegal? I am certain he would take it in stride.

What else you got?
You are one weak arguer sometimes."
I presume that FD1000 considers this to be genuine debate in his view.¹

I feel really sorry for his immediate family.
Oh, how they must suffer!
Everyone: repeat after me.
