If there had been the same level of outrage toward Democratic leaders like Clinton and Kennedy, who faced serious allegations of misconduct while in office, I might be more inclined to listen to the criticism directed at others. It often feels as though people with differing political views are quickly demonized rather than debated. In my view, today’s Democratic Party has become far more hostile toward opposing opinions than it was in the past.
