@rforno : Not a shocker here. Thursday purchased cd at BMO for apy 5.15% 13 month cd. 3-4-6 month cds paying less than 1% .01 &.05 apy !!!! I really got a GREAT Deal.

Not a CD note. While checking T-bills last night at Schwab I found no buys shorter than one year for auction today. So are all the short term T-bills getting bought up as soon as they open for purchase ? I believe short cd's were numerous.
Let me add to carew388 post. I remember when "the border was open & jobs" shipped to Mexico didn't help the working man !! NAFTA I believe it went by, 1992 signed .
